when it comes to be

that day

would they be proud

its painful to imagion

your reaction

to see your face

infront of me

its an amazing thing

not being able

to be there with you

here you are

shining like a brightening star

would you stay

where you are

would you just stay and stand

would your heart expand

would every secound you were away

be every day you get closer to me

i just needed to say

i miss you dearly

Even though i am scarred

i know they will all faid away

Never-ending Weapons

Risking their lives for the country they believe in

Knowing it’s hard but leaving it all behind

Family, Friends, Everything

As they slowly slip away

Falling out of consciousness

Still having strength to get back up and fight on

Every painful memory fading in, then out

Every tiring moment they close their eyes

Only blurry sights of bloody soldiers

Crawling around with no arms nor legs

To get up and walk away

Everywhere they look all the lives enemies took

Wishing it was a dream

Not able to see from all the stains of red die

With a sigh they say

Never are we giving all our power away

One thing we have that they don’t

We are War Strong

We will fight till we can no longer do so

Soon it will all be over

Harsh filled weapons

Love filled, Painful loss

Getting back up

Brushing off all the dust

Regretful memories

I can’t forget

Painfully scarring

Yet slowly parting

Life time heartbreak

For my own sake

Every breath willing to take

With confidence

Conquering life

With every sacrifice

Having to take

With every step

Taking permanent strength

Saying slowly

With a sigh

Every pain

Gave it all
